WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Once an order has been shipped, all sales are considered final.
WHAT IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, a minimum of 2 pictures must be sent to The Salem Plant Witch detailing the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item. In the event of a broken bottle or Plant death in transit, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SENDER?
In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of shipping. If your package was returned to sender, please contact us to process a re-shipment.

If you received the wrong item, contact us to get it corrected as quickly as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?
